En RDC ...

6 mois seulement en RDC (République Démocratique du Congo) et déjà beaucoup de rencontres.

La RDC est un pays immense (5 x la France) à la géopolitique complexe et mouvementée depuis son indépendance, il y a 50 ans : déficit d’infrastructures, conflits interminables à l’Est, corruptions à tous les étages… Disons pour faire court que le Congo est victime de ses inépuisables richesses minières qui alimentent les désordres, faisant tourner les économies de certains au détriment de tous les autres.

Et pourtant, les Congolais vivent, et n’ont pas l’intention d’arrêter d’espérer.

J’ai pu le vérifier au Katanga, province du sud-est du pays. D’abord à Lubumbashi, la capitale régionale, puis à Kongolo, petite ville enclavée, au nord, le long du Fleuve Congo.

J’ai rapporté quelques images à partager.

Sólo 6 meses en RDC (República Democrática de Congo) et ya conocí a mucha gente.

La RDC es un país inmenso (5 veces Francia) con una geopolítica compleja y agitada desde su independencia, hace 50 años: déficit de infraestructuras, conflictos interminables en el este, corrupciones à todos los niveles… Digamos, brevemente, que Congo es víctima de sus inagotables riquezas mineras que alimentan los desórdenes, que hacen prosperar las economías de unos en detrimento de todos los demás.

Y sin embargo, los congoleños, viven, y no tienen ninguna atención de renunciar a la esperanza.

Pude comprobarlo en Katanga, provincia del sureste del país. Primero en Lubumbashi, la capital regional, y luego en Kongolo, pequeña ciudad en un enclave del norte, a orillas del río Congo.

Congo

Only six months now in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and already a good number of encounters.

  The DRC is an immense country (5 times the size of France) with a geopolitical situation which is both active and complicated since its independence 50 years ago:  lack of infrastructure, endless conflicts  in the East, corruption at every level…..Let’s just say in short that the Congo is a victim of its inexhaustible mining riches which feed into  the disorder,  making the good economy of some come at the expense of the detriment of all the others.

   And yet the Congolese continue to live,  and they have no intention of giving up hope.

   I was able to witness this in Katanga, the south-eastern province of the country.  First of all at Lubumbashi, the regional capital, and then at Kongolo,  a small village enclave in the north along the Congo River.

   I brought back some pictures to share with you

6 mesi soli di permanenza nella RDC  (Repubblica Democratica del Congo) e molti incontri già avviati.

La RDC è un paese immenso (5 volte la Francia) la cui geopolitica è molto complessa e movimentata, sin dall’indipendenza, ottenuta 50 anni fa: deficit di infrastrutture, conflitti senza fine nella zona Est, corruzione dilagante… Diciamo, per fare breve, che il Congo è vittima delle sue inesauribili ricchezze minerarie che alimentano i disordini, agevolando la ricchezza di alcuni alle spese di tutti gli altri.

Eppure, i Congolesi vivono, e non intendono smettere di sperare.

Ho potuto costatare questo nel Katanga, provincia del Sud-Est del paese. Prima di tutto a Lubumbashi, la capitale regionale, e, successivamente a Kongolo, cittadina, sita al Nord, lungo il fiume Congo.

Nur 6 Monate in der RDC (Demokratische Republik des Kongo) und schon viele Begegnungen

Die RDC ist ein sehr großes Land (5 x so groß wie Frankreich), hat eine komplexe geopolitische Situation und wird seit ihrer Unabhängigkeit vor 50 Jahren bewegt von: unzureichender Infrastruktur, nicht endende Konflikte im Osten, Korruption auf allen Ebenen… Sagen wir, um es kurz zu machen, dass der Kongo ein Opfer seiner unerschöpflichen Reichtümer an Rohstoffen ist, die immer wieder Unruhen verursachen, die die Wirtschaft zum Nachteil aller Anderen umstürzen wollen.

Trotzdem, die Kongolesen leben, und haben nicht vor, ihre Hoffnung aufzugeben.

Ich konnte dies in Katanga erfahren, die Provinz im Südosten des Landes. Zuerst in Lubumbashi, der regionalen Hauptstadt, dann in Kongolo, einer kleinen eingeschlossenen Stadt im Norden entlang des Flusses Kongo.
